Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoulBox Earth, you agree to these terms and any related policies, service notices, and operational rules provided with the platform. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, invite access, and connected account methods. You are also responsible for activity occurring under your account, including bot configuration changes, device linking, media uploads, and generated content requests initiated from the console.
Acceptable Use
You may not use SoulBox Earth to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, abuse third-party services, evade technical safeguards, or operate the platform in a way that harms service reliability for others. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and downstream use of those outputs.
AI and Generated Outputs
SoulBox Earth may orchestrate third-party model providers and internal services to generate text, speech, images, or video. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or distributing them further.
Service Availability
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, providers, integrations, or access paths at any time in order to maintain the service, respond to abuse, comply with legal obligations, or improve reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time performance, or permanent retention of all content.
Fees, Suspension, and Termination
Paid access, quotas, or usage limitations may apply under your applicable commercial arrangement. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security concerns, legal risk, policy violations, abuse, or conduct that threatens the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any contractual obligations already in force.
