Information We Collect

SoulBox Earth collects account details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, invite or access information, and profile metadata. When you use the console, the service may also retrieve bot records, voice assets, media, device registrations, and related configuration data needed to render your workspace.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate you, operate the client console, synchronize your account with backend services, and apply the changes you request across bots, devices, voices, sounds, and other managed assets. We may also use operational telemetry, error logs, and performance data to keep the service reliable and secure.

Content and Generated Media

Prompts, transcripts, uploaded media, generated images, generated video, voice assets, and chat outputs may be processed by SoulBox services and integrated model providers in order to complete the actions you request. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is appropriate for your intended use and consistent with applicable law.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share necessary data with infrastructure vendors, authentication providers, storage services, inference providers, and other subprocessors required to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information. Data sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver authentication, hosting, media storage, logging, and AI-related functionality.

Retention and Security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SoulBox uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and access devices secure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting support. Some data may need to be retained for operational integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or contractual obligations. If you believe your account was accessed improperly, contact us immediately so we can investigate and respond.
